Penthouse Magazine owner takes over lease at Boca eatery

Marc Bell, the owner of Boca Raton-based Penthouse Magazine and the
FriendFinder websites, has taken over the lease at the shuttered Gigi’s
restaurant in the Mizner Park shopping center in Boca Raton. It is
possible Bell will turn the former restaurant into a nightclub. According to Jeff Sussman of Sussman Realty, who is the broker on the deal, his understanding was
that the space would become a nightclub called Spin. Bell said he would
probably decide what to do with the space after Labor Day, and that he
had his sights set on a space on Airport Road, also in Boca Raton, for a
