Flagler closes 2.25 million square feet in second quarter

Flagler has closed 1.26 million square feet of new and renewed leases,
along with just under one million in property sales in the second
quarter of 2010 across Florida, the firm announced yesterday. The
company has now closed more than 3.2 million square feet of closed lease
and sale transactions this year. The company’s real estate services
arm, Flagler Real Estate Services, recently announced the hiring of two
top brokers to its headquarters in Coral Gables. The company owns,
manages, leases or has under development around 13 million square feet
of Class A office and industrial space in the state. TRD
