The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 1021 NW 116th Avenue in Planatation, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2 million Broward County home saw a $400,000, or 17 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.5 million when it hit the market in February. The price was last cut to $2.4 million in May. The 5,800-square-foot home sits on a 49,626-square-foot lot with a pool. Dianna Hopkins of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has the listing.
