The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bathroom house at 5310 N. Bay Road in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $10.6 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $1.3 million, or 11 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $14.1 million when it hit the market in August 2009. The price was last cut to $11.9 million in March. The 9,000-square-foot waterfront home sits on a 12,680-square-foot lot and has views of Biscayne Bay and a pool.
