While the term “Drone Helicopter Imagery” might conjure thoughts of covert special ops, it’s actually the latest technology to hit the New York City real estate community. By utilizing a hand-controlled helicopter, equipped with a rotating camera, property marketers can snag images of listings from up above — without shelling out the dough for a real helicopter ride.
