Jupiter lures two biotech firms

The burgeoning biotech hub in northern Palm Beach County has attracted
two new anti-cancer firms to Jupiter. CHS Pharma is moving its
headquarters from Miami-Dade to be closer to FAU’s Center for Molecular
Biology and Biotechnology, according to the company’s president and CEO,
Steven Chakoff. Tampa-based GLG Pharma is expanding to Jupiter as well,
attracted by the hub forming around Scripps Florida and the Max Planck
Florida Institute, according to CEO Dr. Hector Gomez. Miami has its own
