The $5.2 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $600,000, or 10 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $6.2 million when it hit the market in October 2008. The price was last cut to $5.8 million in January. The 4,390-square-foot home sits on a 15,000-square-foot lot. Brigette De Langeron of Fortune International Realty has the listing.
