The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 115 Arvida Parkway in Coral Gables, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.99 million Miami-Dade County home saw an $801,000, or 14 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $7.775 million when it hit the market in October August 2009. The price was last cut to $5.8 million in July. The 5,980-square-foot home sits on a 37,897-square-foot lot and features a 280-foot private dock, a bar and formal dining room. Helen Nicastri of Coldwell Banker Real Estate has the listing.
