The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 960 Mariner Drive in Key Biscayne, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.59 million Miami-Dade County home saw an $300,000, or 6 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $4.89 million when it hit the market in March. The 4,476-square-foot home sits on a 14,697-square-foot lot and features a swimming pool, bay access and a gazebo. Robert Vernon of Fortune International Realty.
