The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom house at 6675 Sheffield Lane on La Gorce Island in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.19 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $310,000, or 9 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.5 million when it hit the market in March. The 3,971-square-foot home sits on a 13,125-square-foot lot and has a gourmet kitchen with mink-chinchilla marble countertops, video security, an indoor/outdoor Bang & Olufsen entertainment system and a landscaped outdoor garden with a gazebo.
