The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 101 Coconut Drive in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $6.9 million Broward County home saw a $1.6 million, or 19 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $8.5 million when it hit the market in September 2008. The new construction, 7,574-square-foot riverfront home sits on a 27,000-square-foot lot and has a pool, summer kitchen and marble floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. Marni Canavan of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has the listing.
