Boca Raton Bridge hotel faces bankruptcy

A group of creditors have filed a petition to put the Boca Raton Bridge
Hotel into Chapter 11 bankruptcy, alleging that the hotel has not paid
them. The petition was filed in federal court in Palm Beach County
Friday against Boca Bridge. There is $69,359 listed on the petition, but
Harry Ross, the attorney handling the petition, said there could be
more, and that he is getting calls from more creditors who want to join
the proceedings. The hotel is located at 999 E. Camino Real, and was
purchased by Boca Bridge in 2005 using a $14.9 million loan. [SFBJ]
