963 Hillsboro Mile The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 963 Hillsboro Mile in Hillsboro Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $5.95 million Broward County home saw a $1 million, or 14 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $9.75 million when it hit the market in February 2006. The price was last cut to $6.95 million in December 2008. The 3,527-square-foot oceanfront home has a protected dock for a large vessel and a pool. Kathleen Oros of Re/Max Allstars has the listing.
