Palm Beach estates 1220 South Ocean Boulevard and 101 El Bravo Way are considered two of the most expensive new homes in the country,
according to a list compiled by BusinessWeek. The South Ocean Boulevard
mansion is second on the list, with an asking price of $84 million,
while the El Bravo property is sixth, with an asking price of $47.5
million. Even in tough times, the list shows some developers still
willing to bet on demand for large-scale mansions. The data came from
listings on Realtor.com, Sotheby’s International Realty, the Corcoran Group and
