Sterling names new VP

Sterling Organization, a privately owned retail real estate firm
headquartered in Palm Beach has named Adam Munder vice president, the
company announced yesterday. Munder  was previously a managing director
at Rednum Capital Partners and the institutional sales director for Lee
Munder Capital Group. Sterling, which performs investment, development
and other real estate services, has also recently launched the Sterling
Major Market Retail Income Fund, for which Munder will look for equity
