The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bathroom house at 3590 Crystal View Court in Miami, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $11.9 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $1 million, or 8 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $12.9 million when it hit the market in January. The 12,178-square-foot bayfront home sits on a 19,941-square-foot lot and has a wine cellar and guest house. Judith Zeder of Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell, Inc. has the listing.
