Village of Beacon Lakes closes $2M in sales

Flagler Real Estate Services has announced the closing of $2 million in
sales for three industrial condos at the 56-acre Village at Beacon Lakes
industrial park in the Airport West submarket. The deals bring the
478-acre Village at Beacon Lakes to nearly full occupancy. Each condo is
6,584 square feet, which were purchased by three logistics companies.
Units 202, 203 and 207 were each sold by the landlord, Beacon Village
LLC, to buyers Foods Company Products, Netway Training Corp and Oristas
