The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom house at 403 Tarpon Terrace in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $6.9 million Broward County home saw a $1.095 million, or 14 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $7.995 million when it hit the market in November. The 10,005-square-foot gated estate boasts contemporary designs within the vibrantly-painted stucco walls of a classic structure surrounded by lush European gardens.
