The $1,049,000 million Broward County home saw a $450,000, or 30 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1,499,999 when it hit the market in April. The price was last cut from $1,999,999 in August. The 2,590-square-foot home sits on a 10,022-square-foot, waterfront lot in near A1A and East Las Olas Boulevard, and has a remodeled kitchen, a pool and boat dockage.
