Boynton Beach community goes for $8.3M in bulk sale

Boynton Beach’s Peninsula complex, the 70-unit residential development on the Intracoastal Waterway, has been scooped up for $8.3 million in a bulk sale two years after National City Bank filed to foreclose on now-bankrupt developer Waterbrook Peninsula LLC. The buyers were real estate consulting firm Integra Solutions, of Miami, and developer the Altman Companies, of Boca Raton, who plan to turn the complex into a boutique rental community with 40 apartments ranging from 1,500 to 1,940 square feet and 30 townhomes. Amenities at the complex include a waterfront clubhouse, heated pool and gated security. [Palm Beach Post]
