Doral office sells for $19.9M

Doral’s first LEED-certified office building has been sold for $19.9
million to buyer Codina Partners. The building, 8333 Downtown Doral,
which is located at 8333 NW 53 Street in downtown Doral adjacent to the
Doral Golf Resort & Spa. Financing for the deal was arranged by
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler. The two-year, floating-rate loan was secured
through Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Codina Partners is a boutique
real estate investment and development firm formed last year. The
building is currently 29 percent leased. [SFBJ]
