The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 8950 NW 70th Court in Parkland, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.99 million Broward County home saw a $505,000, or 9 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $5.495 million. The 10,480-square-foot, new construction home sits on a 126,000-square-foot lot that includes a lake, fountains, a pool and a guest house. Kimberly Tuorto of Century 21 City Real Estate has the listing.
