The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 1119 SE 4th Street in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.495 million Broward County home saw a $495,000, or 12 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.99 million when it hit the market in May. The 4,938-square-foot, waterfront home was built in 2009 on an 8,358-square-foot lot. It has a pool, three-story glass elevator and is on a private, gated street. Timothy Elmes of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has the listing.
