The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 10 Compass Road in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.95 million Broward County home saw a $950,000, or 24 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.9 million when it hit the market earlier this month. The 9,605-square-foot, waterfront home sits on a 16,271-square-foot lot in Bay Colony and has a pool, glass elevator, two fireplaces, billiard room and 24-foot ceilings.
