The former Versace Mansion on Ocean Drive underwent a massive renovation
and is now The Villa By Barton G, an ultra-exclusive guest home,
restaurant and event space. It cost more than $1 million to redo the
19,000-square-foot property that was completed in March. Barton G, whose
full name is Barton G. Weiss, has two other properties in the area —
Prelude, a restaurant at the Adrienne Arsht Center in downtown Miami,
along with Barton G The Restaurant, which is located at 1427 West Avenue
