Bel signs 342,000-square-foot lease in Medley

Bel Inc. has signed one of the largest industrial leases in some time,
making a contract for a 342,750-square-foot lease in Medley’s Lincoln
Logistics Park. The lease was for more than $16 million, allowing the
500-person promotions company to move three of its facilities in Miami
into one building. The move is expected to be complete by February of
next year. The facility is located at 2610 NW 115th Avenue and has
32-foot-high ceilings. The owner, Morgan Stanley Real Estate, was
represented by Jones Lang LaSalle. Lincoln Logistics Park now has signed
leases for 650,000 square feet in the last 15 months. [SFBJ]
