The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a nine-bedroom, nine-bathroom house at 7400 SW 72nd Court in Miami, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.2 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $290,000, or 8 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.8 million when it hit the market in May. The price was last cut to $3.49 million last month. The 11,020-square-foot, brand new home sits on a 37,113-square-foot lot with a pool and rooftop terrace.
