The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a seven-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom house at 200 Edgewater Drive in Coral Gables, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $12.5 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $1.4 million, or 10 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $13.9 million when it hit the market in November 2009. The 11,865-square-foot, waterfront home, called “Java Head,” sits on a 130,680-square-foot lot with a pool, gardens, tennis court, protected dock and staff quarters. Jill Eber of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has the listing.
