PB townhome sells for $4.5M

A townhouse in Palm Beach at 401 Chilean Avenue has sold for $4.5
million, according to a warranty deed filed with the Palm Beach County
Clerk’s office. The home was sold by Richard and Bella Winter to Joseph
Barba, with Sotheby’s International Realty handling both sides of the
sale. The Mediterranean-style home has four bedrooms and a den. Listing
agent Cristina Condo handled the deal for the Winters, having acquired
the listing in 2009. The home’s last publicized price was $4.9 million. [Palm
