The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 1131 SW 9th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.9 million Broward County home saw a $2 million, or 29 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $6.9 million when it hit the market in May. The 7,305-square-foot home sits on a 113,446-square-foot lot with over 900 feet of waterfront property. Peter LeMieux of Better Homes & Gardens has the listing.
