The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom house at 19565 NE 37th Avenue in Aventura, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.45 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $679,000, or 13 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $8.9 million when it hit the market in December 2008. The price was last cut to $5.129 million in January. The 9,508-square-foot home sits on a 19,795-square-foot waterfront lot in a gated enclave. The home has a private pool and spa and water views.
