SF resale inventory falls again

The number of condos and single-family homes for sale in Miami-Dade
County fell 2.3 percent from Sept. 27 to 25,096 units, while Broward
County’s inventory dropped 2.2 percent to 20,690 residential units for
sale as of Oct. 11, according to a report from Condo Vultures. This is
the second week in a row that resale inventory in South Florida has
dropped. In Palm Beach County, available inventory fell less than 1
percent over the same two-week period. The data seems to indicate that
the foreclosure freeze is impacting homes in the tri-county region. TRD
