Ritz coming to Riviera Beach

The Ritz will become the brand for the condo known as 2700 North Ocean
on Singer Island. The project, which was developed by Palm Beach Gardens
builder Dan Catalfumo, saw its unsold units go to Lionheart Capital of
Miami in June. The company paid $120 million for 146 condos in the
development, which has 242 units. The transaction was the largest bulk
deal in South Florida. Lionheart selected Premier Sales Group to lead
sales and marketing, and the Ritz name will appear on Nov. 1. [Palm
