The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a nine-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bathroom estate at 260 Cape Florida Drive in Key Biscayne, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $19.4 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $1.8 million, or 8 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $21.3 million when it hit the market in August. The 18,091-square-foot home sits on a 32,300-square-foot waterfront lot that has a pool, boat dock and direct ocean access. Saddy Delgado of Avatar Real Estate Services has the listing.
