The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 3517 Derby Lane in Weston, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.399 million Broward County home saw a $104,800, or 7 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1.503 million when it hit the market in September. The 6,622-square-foot lakefront home sits on a 46,759-square-foot lot that includes a pool. Terri Perlini of Coldwell Banker has the listing.
