The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house at 2077 North Waterway Drive in North Palm Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.6 million Palm Beach County home saw a $550,000, or 26 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1.7 million when it hit the market in April, before having its price bumped up to $2.15 million. The 3,500-square-foot home sits on a 19,489-square-foot
lot and includes a pool, private dock and a guest house. Chad Carroll of Keller Williams Miami Beach has the listing.
