Related Urban’s Himmel talks about his company and CityPlace

Ken Himmel, president and CEO of Related Urban, developed West Palm
Beach’s CityPlace from the ashes of the failed Downtown/Uptown venture
in the 1980s. Related Urban has a strong history, having also developed
the Time Warner Center in New York City. It won the bid earlier this
year to build the Palm Beach County Convention Center hotel, and is now
trying to work out a financing plan with the county. According to
