The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom house at 2824 NE 36th Street in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.5 million Broward County home saw a $500,000, or 17 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3 million when it hit the market in February. The 6,015-square-foot home sits on a 10,000-square-foot waterfront lot and has a pool, a movie theater, game room and four-car garage. Laura Brannan of Atlantic Beach Realty has the listing.
