The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom house at 1261 NE 27th Way in Pompano Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.895 million Broward County home saw a $900,000, or 32 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.4 million when it hit the market in February 2009. The price was last cut to $2.795 million in February 2010. The 5,504-square-foot home sits on an 11,139-square-foot waterfront lot and has a pool and spa, covered patio, elevator, exercise room and room for a yacht as large as 105 feet.
