The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom house at 2600 SE 21st Street in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.5 million Broward County home saw a $1.495 million, or 25 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $5.995 million when it hit the market in February. The 4,661-square-foot home sits on a 6,331-square-foot lot with ocean views. Michele Holtzheuser of Woods & Associates Realty has the listing.
