The $4.5 million Broward County home saw a $1.495 million, or 25 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $5.995 million when it hit the market in February. The 4,661-square-foot home sits on a 6,331-square-foot lot with ocean views. Michele Holtzheuser of Woods & Associates Realty has the listing.
