The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo, #3204, in the Continuum on South Beach’s South Tower at 100 South Pointe Drive, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.75 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $900,000, or 25 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.65 million when it hit the market in October. The 2,508-square-foot corner unit has a wraparound balcony and views of Fisher Island and cruise ship alley. Alina De La Vega of One Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
