Four plead guilty in mortgage scheme

Wifredo Ferrer, United States Attorney for the Southern District of
Florida, has announced that four South Florida defendants have pled
guilty to a mortgage fraud scheme involving properties in the Versailles
development in Wellington. The pleas of Stanley Gabart, 29, of Miami,
Alix Accime, 34, of Miami, Ultha Accime, 29, of Boynton Beach and Marie
Decosta Quintana, of North Miami Beach, are the product of an
investigation into mortgage fraud between the U.S. Attorney’s Office,
the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and several other agencies at the
