New Boca Publix set for open

A 54,340-square-foot Publix is set to open Nov. 13 at the Garden Shops
at Boca Raton, after having been closed for renovations earlier this
year. The store, which is located at 7050-28-W. Palmetto Park is part of
a renewed push for the company in
Palm Beach County. The Lakeland-based grocer reported earnings more
than 11 percent higher than the same period in 2009 in the third
quarter, with $283.2 million. In the town
of Palm Beach, the company is unveiling a similarly redone and
