Luxury home builder Toll Brothers is re-emerging in South Florida with a
foray into Central Florida. The company’s developments are mostly featuring houses in the over-$600,000 market. The Pennsylvania-based firm
has niche price points starting at $200,000 and up to $1 million, but it
focuses on the $500,000-to-$600,000 range. Home sales are up in
Orlando, but the majority of them are distressed properties. In the
