The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 1536 SE 12th Court in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2 million Broward County home saw a $295,000, or 13 percent, price cut. It was last listed for $2.295 million in April. The 4,346-square-foot home sits on a 7,700-square-foot lot and has water views from almost every room. Diane Schwartz of Intercoastal Realty has the listing.
