South American group buys Hollywood apartment building

Hollywood’s Pierce House Apartments, the 18-unit building at 2735 Pierce Street in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, has changed hands for $950,000. The buyer was a limited liability company from South America; the seller was a limited liability company from Miami. The sale was announced today by Marcus & Millichap, whose Felipe Echarte and Joseph Thomas from the Fort Lauderdale office represented the sellers in the deal. TRD
