The Boca Raton Bridge Hotel’s owners have disclosed that they owe $8.7
million to their largest creditors. The disclosure came after a creditor
claim filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court was converted into a Chapter 11.
The company, managed by Harry Hahamovitch, contested the action until
the ruling by Judge Paul Hyman. The 115,615-square-foot
hotel, located at 999 East Camino Real, has 96 guest rooms, 21 executive
suites and four VIP suites. It owes $8.3 million on its mortgage to
NS/CSE Finance. [SFBJ]
