Boynton Beach condo a moldy menace

June McCallion says she has been suffering from respiratory problems,
like many others who have had to deal with moldy Florida apartments. The
difference is, it’s coming from the unit next door. Unit L-107 at
Venetian Terrace has been in foreclosure for two years, and an auction
sale isn’t scheduled on the property until April. “I’m living next door
to hell,” said McCallion, 64. “I would please just like someone to fix
this.” Attorney Gary Poliakoff said this was not an isolated incident. “I
hear it all the time,” said Poliakoff, a principal with Fort
Lauderdale-based Becker & Becker. “What’s happening out there is
