The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 1201 SW 130th Avenue in Davie, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.3 million Broward County home saw a $190,000, or 13 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1.49 million when it hit the market in July. The 4,830-square-foot home sits on a six-acre lot that includes a pool, 12-stall barn. Gilli Yosef of Aspect Realty has the listing.
