The $1.3 million Broward County home saw a $190,000, or 13 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1.49 million when it hit the market in July. The 4,830-square-foot home sits on a six-acre lot that includes a pool, 12-stall barn. Gilli Yosef of Aspect Realty has the listing.
