The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom condo, #4401, at 1331 Brickell Bay Drive in the Jade Residences at Brickell Bay in Miami, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.8 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $1 million, or 36 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1.999 million when it hit the market in May but was last listed for $2.8 million. The 3,415-square-foot penthouse unit is listed by Carlo Ortiz of Xcellence Realty.
